$8 billion to the welfare of dogs? I'm a dog lover. I know many of you out there are too....but $8 BILLION?!?! I could almost say "yeah, okay" to $1 billion. There are a number of abandoned dogs out there, many due to so many natural disasters like tornadoes, hurricanes and other disasters that cause dogs to be left behind. Unfortunately it doesn't even have to be a natural disaster to cause their homelessness. They need to be taken care of, and if someone wants to leave so much of their estate behind to aid in the care of these lost animals and their friends in shelters, I applaud it. But I think this is a little over the top. wow. I'll be curious to see how this plays out.
Madonna and A-Rod
Why should it surprise me? But it does.....SIGH. I am really, really hoping it's just bad press and not true at all. And, well okay - if she's going to go ahead and do this, does it have to be with a Yankee? Then again, probably only a Yankee would do this - d'oh!
And since I am in a little bit of a snarky mood, I'll add one more - does there really need to be a press conference about Angelina giving birth to twins? I definitely wish them all the blessings, joys and health of newborn babies, but women are doing this every day, every hour, every minute all over the world. geesh. 
And lastly...um, what was Cat Dealy wearing tonite? Anyone?

3) i said the EXACT same thing about the brangelina news conference yesterday. i mean, REALLY. no one had a news conference to tell the world that paul and emily had a baby girl on monday. so THERE...i've done it. (name TBD)

i totally almost blogged about the brangelina fanfare. it was tagged as "breaking news" on e-online. kill me. who the f cares anyway? she's a homewrecker and he's evidently a vampire lover. WE'RE ALL HALF PAST GIVE A SH*T PEOPLE! kudos for echoing my thoughts.

OMG...Cynthia-Rod is with Lenny Kravitz, A-rod with madonna, did Sean Penn ever officially divorce Robin Wright? cuz that would make it hugely interesting (i don't think madonna ever got over him)...what a mess! keep in mind -madonna turns 50 in august. so that leaves guy alone, nursing his wounds at Sting's estate...i could kill two birds with one stone on THAT visit. anyone for crossing the pond to England?

Sting...love, love, love him, but tantric sex takes some time and commitment of a few hours and I think I'd still be too tired. Maybe when my kids are older I'll move past the "let's just get 'er done" mentality.

Jess - all in good fun w/ the red sox vs. yankees rivalry. i'm not crazed. i should be but i'm not. anyone who really, really, really, really knows me, knows that i am a closet yankees fan (now it's out there, and i'm okay with that). i respect them - A LOT. Loved J. Torre and i like jeter, posada, rivera, matsasui, pettitte etc. Only Mussina and Giambi scare the ever livin' bejeezes out of me! wouldn't want to be in a room with either one or both of them. they (the team) conduct themselves professionally and strive for excellence. they make our team better. i respect that. and i respect the women that marry their fans :)
Sting has a lot more qualities than just THAT! ;)
