lets begin here (this is the exact machine i use every day, many times a day):
the mind will be wishing it were hanging down here instead watching this click here.
inevitably there will be some of this:
but there is a light. always a light. we here get early release on fridays in the summer. three o'clock won't approach fast enough
the mood lightens. people feel, well, euphoric
for me, one of these will be in the picture
along with hanging out and watching this on hd tv
yeah. i like fridays.
i hope all of you have a good one - followed by a great weekend! summer, summer, summer!

rita! great to hear from you again!!!
i am so happy it's friday too! amazing what just the word friday can envoke in you.
now...what is that machine? is that a vending machine? is it free? i am so confused. it looks other-worldly.
also - thrilled for you to be playing softball! that's good times! why didn't we ever get a team together at the arch? ha!
Little packets of tea or coffee get plopped into a receptical that pops out when you select what yu want to drink...yeah, other-wordly.
we COULDN'T form a team at the arch b/c years ago someone got hurt really, really badly - beaned off the noggin i think and had issues as a result. so they suspended teams from being formed again. i think i scared the team cuz i wiped out badly in the first inning...classic blog moments, if only someone were there to film it! ;)
i want one of those machines. i think we're all totally missing the point of the blog because we're all so intently focused on your way cool coffee/tea dispenser. you know how we like shiny things and we're very easily distracted.
thank GOD you're back. don't you ever leave us again - we need you. (wow, intensely needy for a friday, no?)
Ahhh, Friday...it truly is a magical word. Only words that are better than that one are "back to school" (for parents anyway).
How great that you get out at 3 on this day! Enjoy the beer and some lounge time. Have another for me since Friday for me has come to mean, "this day is just like any other." Sad, but true. Eewww, didn't mean to sh*t on Friday like that. Maybe you should 3 for me.
Jess! 'sup?!? are weekends harder? thought with the husband home it might be a 'change of pace'. but sounds like the pace might go the opposite way of what i'm thinking. i'll cheer you in my kitchen when the cap goes "pop!"
Since my husband won't be checking your blog, I'll say this. Having my lovely husband home on the weekend (and I do love him) is like having a 3rd child. And since his mother won't be checking your blog, I'm going to blame her for his behavior. Hey, that felt great! Fester Free Friday!
There you go, J! That feels better, doesn't it?!
I know, dude....hang in there!
is that machine free?
jess...you and emily have your comment in common. having the husband home just makes more work for mommy. we will get you good and drunk in VT so that you can laugh it all away.
can we get back to my fun friday? :)
yeah...machine is free. drinks flow all day.
Is Corona your beer of choice? Do you put in a lemon or a lime? Will you drink one or an entire six pack? Pieces of the puzzle, Rita, just pieces of the puzzle.
Corona w/ lime. yes, that's my beer of choice...will probably enjoy one.
i have know rita many years...one corona is all i have ever seen her have. i am forcing her to have 1.5 in VT.
i want that machine in my house. asap.
betsy - if you bully me up there, i swear...i'm telling the principal. then there will be southern VT hell to pay ;)
rita..i will not bully you only because i a) am using you to get to bruce someday (bc connection) and b) i want wil to go to bc (if he wants to) and c) i am afraid of mons. helmick.
ah, good to know.
if you want to see bruce live in concert on july 28 in nj, contact mary t. she's got an extra ticket.
afraid of mons helmick...whaa?
j/k re: mons helmick
would love to see bruce with mary t. on the 28th but the next one is for ry....whatever that "one" is.
